What one long breath would do to you

One breath, my pace, and the whole room goes quiet.

Zen

Sit with me a second. Not for a class, not for a pose. Just you, the floor, and the space I keep between one breath and the next.

I put a hand flat on your chest and tell you to slow down. In through the nose, low and easy, until your shoulders finally drop. You think you know how to breathe until I set the pace and your body starts listening to me instead of you.

One long inhale and the noise in your head goes quiet. The exhale is where you let go, and I feel it, the moment you stop holding yourself so tight. That is the part I like. Watching a calm settle over you that you did not choose.

Do it again. Slower. My voice low, my timing yours now. By the third breath you are warmer, looser, closer to me than you meant to get. I have not touched you yet and you already want me to.

That is what one breath does. Imagine what an hour would. The rest of me is slower, quieter and a lot less careful, and I keep it for the men who come find me. More of me, unfiltered, on OnlyFans.

This is only the side of me I show in public.
